Job summary

Cuba Libre Private Limited is seeking a Front of House team member at our Singapore restaurant to greet guests, present menus, explain items, and actively recommend dishes and drinks.

You will take orders accurately, enter them into the POS, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork, with a friendly, professional attitude, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, explain items, and recommend dishes and drinks when requested.
• Take customers' orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant standards.
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Prepare and present customer bills and process cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, health, and restaurant procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
