Strong leadership and guest service are essential. Responsibilities include controlling labour costs, achieving sales targets, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and maintaining SOPs.

• Control labour cost and monitor operating expenses to meet budget.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate staff; conduct daily briefings and training.
• Ensure restaurant SOPs are followed and hygiene standards met.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery to maintain high guest satisfaction.
