AMIRA COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Restaurant Host / Guest Experience Host to be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure a memorable guest experience throughout their visit.

The role requires strong communication, a warm personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests on arrival in a professional manner.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists and seating assignments.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure smooth seating.
• Coordinate with service team to balance guest flow.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation information.
• Identify VIPs and special requests for the team.
• Keep reception/waiting area clean and welcoming.
• Promote restaurant promotions and guest experience initiatives.
• Suggest dining highlights and experiences when appropriate.
• Support restaurant during peak periods and operational needs.

Job description

We are looking for a warm, polished and service-oriented Restaurant Host / Guest Experience Host to be the first point of contact for our guests.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, managing guest arrivals and reservations, coordinating table seating, and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• - Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• - Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists and table allocation.
• - Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience.
• - Monitor table availability and coordinate closely with the service team.
• - Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
• - Identify and communicate VIP guests, special occasions and special requests to the relevant team members.
• - Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• - Coordinate with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• - Assist with guest experience initiatives and restaurant promotions.
• - Recommend relevant dining experiences, menu highlights or promotions when appropriate.
• - Support the restaurant team during peak periods and other operational needs.

Requirements

• - Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, customer service or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• - Well groomed ,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Warm, confident and professional personality.
• - Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
• - Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• - Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• - Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• - Candidates without direct hosting experience but with strong customer service experience are welcome to apply.
