Job summary

Eighteen M Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a front desk Guest Relations Associate to greet guests, handle enquiries, and manage bookings.

You will answer calls, process payments, and support night audit tasks using OTA, channel manager, and PMS systems. Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Seasonal or rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays) are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Proficient in handling OTA, PMS, and channel manager.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Available to commence employment on short notice.
• Chinese language skills preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests and handle their enquiries.
• Answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule bookings via phone.
• Receive payment and record receipts for services; perform administrative tasks.
• Conduct night audit and close OTA accounts; manage channel manager and PMS.
• Create reservations in PMS.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
