Job summary

CACAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead daily hospitality operations and guide Associates through service excellence. The role emphasizes guest engagement, product knowledge, and sales through thoughtful recommendations.

You will coordinate floor activities, maintain standards, and collaborate with Bar, Retail, Kitchen and Experiences to ensure a seamless guest journey. 5-day rotating roster; weekend/public holiday work required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in hospitality, F&B, retail, or guest experience.
• Previous supervisory or shift-leading experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a shift and coordinate team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable engaging guests and driving sales through recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations during shifts and ensure service standards.
• Brief and allocate stations and responsibilities per needs.
• Manage guest arrivals, seating, and table flow.
• Coordinate orders, food running, and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and floor readiness.
• Resolve day-to-day service issues; escalate when needed.
• Welcome guests and upsell products and experiences.
• Develop Associates through feedback and training.
• Communicate shortages and guest feedback to management.
• Collaborate with Bar, Retail, Kitchen and Experiences.
• Support events and experiences as required.
