CACAO SOCIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate - Host / Floor to deliver warm hospitality and maintain a welcoming floor environment. You will welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate with teams to fulfill requests, ensuring a memorable guest journey.

Build product knowledge, confidently recommend items, and upsell where appropriate while supporting smooth operations during busy periods and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Warm, approachable and confident engaging with guests.
• Willing to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality and support smooth floor operations.
• Take orders accurately and relay dietary needs and requests to relevant teams.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell in a guest-focused manner.
• Maintain clean, presentable floors and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with Floor, Bar, Retail, Kitchen and Experiences for a seamless guest journey.
