Job summary

Mr Bucket Chocolaterie is seeking a Supervisor – Retail & Experiences in Singapore. You will lead on-floor operations, coach Associates and ensure a warm, knowledgeable guest experience across retail and experiential activities.

You will manage daily priorities, facilitate tours and workshops, and collaborate with Floor, Bar, Kitchen and other teams to deliver a consistent guest journey.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in hospitality, retail or guest experience
• Previous supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Confident engaging with guests and recommending products/experiences
• Comfortable facilitating activities and group experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail & Experiences operations during assigned shifts
• Conduct shift briefings, manage priorities and bookings
• Allocate responsibilities across Retail, Experiences and supporting duties
• Monitor and adjust team deployment to guest flow
• Ensure opening/closing and handover procedures
• Communicate updates to next shift or management
• Escalate significant issues to management
• Welcome guests, understand needs and recommend products/experiences
• Drive sales through genuine recommendations and upselling
• Coach Associates in product knowledge, storytelling and service standards
• Support seasonal products, promotions, and events
• Handle guest inquiries and service recovery
• Ensure POS transactions and retail processes accuracy
• Lead tours, tastings, workshops and experiences
• Prepare spaces, materials and safety for sessions
• Engage participants and manage programme flow
• Coordinate setup, facilitation, teardown and post-event duties
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of spaces
