Longbridge Café-SG in Singapore is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Financial Advisor) to welcome customers, onboard them to the platform, and guide them through product features in a lifestyle-oriented setting.

You will collaborate with baristas and store teams, delivering friendly service, and helping grow user adoption while ensuring compliance with policy that no investment advice is given.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services, retail, hospitality, or banking.
• Proven track record in client communication and service delivery.
• Experience collaborating across departments in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, deposits, and platform navigation.
• Guide customers toward Longbridge products and features, without giving investment advice.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Café/Barista team and store management to drive growth and user adoption.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns and events.
• Help host community events and orientation content.
