• 1+ years of premium customer service experience.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle concepts.
• Adaptable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Premium Guest Relations & First Impressions: provide an enthusiastic welcome and set a premium tone.
• Operational Excellence & Space Management: manage day-to-day operations, bookings, and event coordination.
• Community Cultivation & Brand Advocacy: engage visitors and guide them to resources and in-house Financial Advisors.
