Job summary

Longbridge Singapore welcomes a Customer Experience Specialist to oversee in-store onboarding and platform guidance for customers at the flagship store. You will assist with registration, account opening, deposits, and platform navigation while linking customers to Longbridge products in a friendly, lifestyle-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to engage confidently with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers face-to-face with registration, account opening, fund deposits, and platform navigation.
• Guide customers toward relevant Longbridge products and features (not investment advice).
• Deliver exceptional customer service for in-store and platform usage.
• Foster long-term client loyalty through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Café/Barista team to ensure smooth guest transitions from coffee to platform usage.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility.
