CapitaLand Group in Singapore seeks a lyf Guard (Guest Service Executive) to welcome guests, assist with check-in via mobile app or kiosk, and guide them around the property. You will help guests enjoy their stay and engage with lyf social spaces.

Join a team that fosters an inclusive community, supports app features, coordinates with housekeeping and contractors, and responds to guest queries to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use mobile apps and property management systems a plus

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-in and app/kiosk use
• Encourage guests to download and use the DiscoverASR app
• Handle guest queries and requests
• Monitor room availability in the PMS and ensure processes follow guidelines
• Coordinate with housekeeping and contractors for maintenance
• Create an inclusive and collaborative lyf community and assist with events calendar
