Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking motivated hospitality professionals to deliver warm, friendly F&B service at a premium Orchard-area location. You will assist the outlet incharge to boost sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Candidates with no experience are welcome. You should be able to work independently with positive energy, be friendly and outgoing, and commit to at least one weekday and one weekend per week. Note: Work visas are not provided.

• Minimum working days: at least 1 weekday and 1 weekend.

Responsibilities

• Host and greet guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Know the outlet's products and services and upsell when appropriate.
• Provide high standard of service through active guest interaction.
• Follow operations procedures and suggest improvements where possible.
• Maintain professional grooming and represent the brands.
• Understand POS/ordering to ensure smooth operation.
• Escalate guest issues to superiors promptly for resolution.
• Assist Outlet incharge to promote specific menu/services.
