Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking friendly Host staff in Singapore to greet guests, upsell products, and ensure smooth POS operations. No visa will be provided, and fresh entrants are welcome. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment at premium Orchard-area locations with opportunities to engage customers and promote diverse menu items.

You will work with the outlet team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to brand standards across INITIA Group F&B concepts.

Qualifications

Able to work independently and demonstrate POSITIVE energy
Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each
Work Visa will not be provided by the company

Responsibilities

Host & greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
Well-versed with outlet’s products and services; can sell products when appropriate
Provide high standard of service through active interaction with guests
Adhere to the operations and procedures; and suggest improvements for the betterment
Well-groom and represent the brands.
Understand POS/ordering to ensure smooth operation.
Take note of issues raised by restaurant/bar guests and elevate issues to immediate superior for resolution as soon as possible
Assist Outlet incharge to promote specific menu/services.
