Responsibilities

• Host & greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Well-versed with outlet’s products and services; upsell when appropriate.
• Provide high standard of service through active interaction with guests.
• Adhere to operations and procedures; suggest improvements.
• Well-groom and represent the brands.
• Understand POS/ordering to ensure smooth operation.
• Escalate guest issues to superiors for prompt resolution.
