Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking highly motivated individuals to provide warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service within our Singapore outlets. You will assist the outlet incharge to boost sales while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting menu items, delivering high service standards, mastering the POS system, and escalating guest issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply!
• Able to work independently and demonstrate POSITIVE energy
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each
• Work Visa will not be provided by the company

Responsibilities

• Greet and host guests warmly.
• Be knowledgeable about outlet’s products/services and assist in promoting and upselling them.
• Maintain smooth operations by adhering to procedures and handling POS/ordering systems effectively.
• Escalate guest issues to superiors promptly and suggest service improvements where possible.
• Represent the brand with professional grooming and positive interaction.
