Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary 4 education with GCE ’O’ level credits in at least 3 subjects.
• Previous front office experience in hotel, leisure or retail is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk tasks and daily checklists to ensure smooth operations.
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions.
• Identify VIP guests and deliver VIP amenities during their stay.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly with effective solutions.
