• Check-in and out guests with friendly, caring service.
• Review arrivals/departures and guest profiles.
• Handle registrations and special requests.
• Update Opera Cloud traces and amenity requests.
• Balance cash transactions and end-of-shift cash float.
• Answer guest inquiries and refer issues to the right teams.
• Promote hotel services and upsell offerings.
