Job summary

The Duxton Reserve Singapore is seeking a Guest Service Executive to play a key role in creating memorable stays, anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service.

You will work a shift schedule including weekends and public holidays; we require at least 1 year in the hotel industry, strong communication and customer service skills, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook; experience with Opera or Delphi CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality & Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel industry.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• CRM experience such as Opera or Delphi is a plus.
