This hybrid role blends guest relations with event venue operations to deliver a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out while supporting event setup and operations as needed. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, hands-on, organized and adaptable, capable of switching between guest-facing duties and event logistics, coordination with vendors, and

Responsibilities

• A. Event Operations: Set up and turn around event venues according to required specifications; assist with pre-event and post-event site inspections and venue handover; conduct routine venue inspections and ensure event areas are maintained; prepare and maintain documentation relating to venue facilities and inspection protocols; support logging and follow-up of maintenance issues; prepare status reports on venue conditions and readiness; assist in consolidating client feedback; support venue improvements with Technical Services; update SOP handbooks; conduct safety briefings; coordinate with Security on event-related measures; assist in crowd control and evacuation plans; monitor safety policies; prepare incident reports; supervise vendors during setup/teardown; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange logistics; liaise with Technical Services for technical requirements; manage casual staff; maintain records of spend and budgets; research workplace and event tech
• B. Front Office & Guest Relations: Perform guest check-in/check-out; attend to enquiries and guest feedback; handle room reservations from calls and walk-ins; coordinate with Housekeeping for room status; promote hotel packages and services; perform cashiering and billing; generate Front Office reports; handle calls and direct to departments; maintain professional grooming standards; identify opportunities to enhance guest experience and provide service recovery; gather guest feedback for improvement; suggest improvements to Front Office processes; comply with data protection and security procedures; monitor lobby and report suspicious activity; assist in emergency response and recovery procedures.
