UE Park Avenue International is seeking an Event & Guest Relations Officer to join our Front Office team in a hybrid role. You will manage guest relations and check-in/check-out while also supporting venue operations for events.

The role requires a customer-focused, hands-on, organised and adaptable candidate who can switch between guest-facing duties and event setup and operational support.

• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Attend to guests’ enquiries, requests and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Support event setup, operations and venue maintenance as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure accurate room status and service delivery.
• Promote hotel services and loyalty programmes to guests.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to events and front office activities.
• Ensure data protection and cash-handling procedures are followed.
