UE Park Avenue International is seeking a versatile Event & Guest Relations Officer for our Front Office team. This hybrid role blends Front Office guest relations with event venue operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out while supporting events when required.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, hands-on, organised and adaptable, capable of switching between guest-facing duties and event setup, operations, and related admin tasks to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Experience in front office guest relations and events is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out procedures in a professional manner.
• Attend to guest inquiries and manage requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room status updates.
• Promote hotel offerings and loyalty programs to guests.
• Support event setup, operations, and post-event wrap-up.
• Ensure data protection and cash handling procedures are followed.
