UE PARK AVENUE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Event & Guest Relations Officer to join our Front Office team in a hybrid role. You will deliver a high-quality guest experience across check-in/out and enquiries while supporting event venue operations as needed.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, hands-on, organised and adaptable, capable of switching between guest-facing duties and event setup and operational support.

Qualificações

• Experience in front office or guest services.
• Ability to support event operations and venue setup.
• Customer-focused, hands-on, organised and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform guest check-in/check-out procedures.
• Attend to guest enquiries, requests and feedback.
• Coordinate room reservations and status with Housekeeping.
• Promote hotel services and packages to guests.
• Handle cashiering, billing and related transactions.
• Generate and verify Front Office reports and data.
• Respond to guest calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Monitor lobby activities and report suspicious items or persons.
• Assist in emergency response and service recovery when required.
• Support event venue setup, inspections and handover.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event logistics.
