Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Singapore seeks a Guest Service Executive to act as the first contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs while addressing inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering welcoming, memorable experiences and driving up-sell opportunities.

Strong communication, PMS proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. English fluency is required; night/weekend shifts may be involved to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service or front office role within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and front desk procedures.
• Excellent multitasking and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
• Check-in and check-out guests, verify details and issue keys.
• Provide hotel and local information to assist with inquiries.
• Upsell hotel amenities to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
• Luggage assistance and timely delivery of items as needed.
• Document guest interactions and update profiles for personalization.
• Collaborate with departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
