Job summary

You will actively seek guest feedback, promote Hilton Honors, resolve issues, and assist on the floor during peak times, maintaining guest histories and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position in a hotel or similar setting.
• Experience in a luxury brand hotel is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries via call centre and other hotel communications promptly and courteously.
• Promote Hilton Honors and its benefits to guests and ensure members receive personalized service.
• Maximise sales and revenue through a proactive sales mindset.
• Resolve guest issues with effective follow‑up and feedback to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain guest history records and provide timely information to guests.
