Job summary

Mandai Rainforest Resort is seeking a Call Centre Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the guest communications team, ensuring hospitality and personalized service. You will lead, coach and evaluate call centre executives, monitor metrics and collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge and F&B to deliver timely, empathetic guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have proven supervisory experience in a luxury resort setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PMS

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre or guest service supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with PMS and call tracking software (e.g., Opera).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Call Centre Executives to deliver exceptional service in every interaction.
• Monitor call quality, service levels, and response times to ensure brand standards.
• Conduct regular training sessions and refreshers to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and support for growth and improvement.
• Ensure guest requests, inquiries, and complaints are handled promptly, accurately, and with empathy.
• Maintain efficient workflows and call routing procedures, while optimizing staff scheduling.
• Track metrics, generate reports, and implement improvements using PMS and call centre software.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, F&B, Engineering and other teams for timely guest services.
• Escalate calls and sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
• Identify trends, analyze feedback, and implement service enhancements.
