Job summary

HIGH NOTE HOSPITALITY GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Guest Experience Executive (F&B Service) to support daily service operations at Chip Bee Bistro. You will ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service of food and beverages with professionalism and flair.

The role emphasizes guest attentiveness, teamwork with kitchen and service staff, and adherence to hygiene standards. Training will be provided, with a 5-day work week and opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

Prior service experience preferred but training will be provided.
Excellent communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure attentive service.
Set up and clear tables according to service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area and items.
Serve food and beverages promptly with accurate order taking.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams and relay guest requests to the manager.
Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
