Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks a front-of-house role to greet guests warmly, assist with reservations, seat guests, and ensure timely service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and menu knowledge.

You will explain North Indian dishes, including chaats, and have knowledge of Tandoor & Curry ingredients to guide guests. Leadership training is preferred and clear, professional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of North Indian Food including chaats and ability to explain to customers traditional Indian food on the menu.
• Good Knowledge in Tandoor & Curry Ingredients so can explain to customers.
• General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and common brands of beverages to ensure smooth recommendations to gusts.
• Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Always thank and give a fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
• Assist guests with table reservations.
• Assist guests while seating.
• Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
