Job summary

SWATOW RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Restaurant Captain to join our Chinese restaurant team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cash at the front counter, delivering warm, attentive service.

You will lead the service team, train junior staff, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, manage reservations and walk-ins, and ensure smooth floor operations. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as waiter/server or in supervisory/F&B role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments at the front counter.
• Supervise staff, train junior team members, and manage reservations or walk-ins.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for special requests, allergies, or dietary needs and ensure timely service.
