Job summary

PULSII PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a restaurant team member to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages while ensuring a welcoming dining experience. You will assist with menu recommendations and maintain a high level of customer service throughout shifts.

You will also uphold safety and hygiene standards, operate the POS, handle openings and closings, and collaborate with teammates to keep the dining area clean and well-organized during daily operations.

Qualifications

Basic Safety & Hygiene Certification.
Customer focused and service-oriented.
Able to operate POS accurately and efficiently.
Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
Experience in opening/closing restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, take orders, delivering excellent customer service.
Process guests orders into the POS system.
Knowledgeable of food and beverage menus, promote ongoing menu offerings.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Engage with guests throughout the dining experience.
Daily housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic supplies.
Perform and support daily restaurant operations.
