Job summary

OSO Ristorante in Singapore is seeking a passionate Captain to greet guests, manage reservations, and guide service from welcome to farewell. You will hand out menus and wine lists, take and relay orders, and ensure a memorable guest experience in a fine-dining setting.

Expect a 5.5 day week: Mon–Fri 11:00–15:00 (2 hours break) and 17:30–23:00; Sat 17:00–23:00; Sundays off. Meals provided. Your duties include serving food and drinks, opening wine, clearing tables, and maintaining clean stations.

Qualifications

• Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred; passion for people, food and wine welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and manage reservations; ensure requests are accommodated.
• Hand out menus and wine lists to guests.
• Take orders from guests and relay to kitchen; enter orders into computer systems.
• Serve food and drinks; open and pour wine; ensure dishes are delivered promptly.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain clean work stations and linen.
