Job summary

The Singapore Tasty Food Pte. Ltd. is hiring a restaurant service associate in Singapore. You will greet guests, handle reservations and seating, and ensure timely service while upholding brand standards.

You will take orders, process payments in the POS, coordinate with the kitchen on menu items and dietary needs, and help coach junior staff. A hospitality mindset and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain menu items and present recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with table reservations and seating arrangements.
• Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
• Serve Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm and present final bills.
• Record transactions/orders in POS at the time of order.
• Coordinate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times and availability.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and restaurant space throughout the shift.
• Follow brand standards and SOPs; work with staff to meet targets.
• Coach junior staff and assist with closing duties and inventory checks.
