O.D.D Ramen & Diner in Singapore is hiring for a full-time role in a fast-paced Japanese-Fusion setting. You will ensure high standards of service, manage reservations and guest flow, and uphold food safety and workplace safety guidelines.

We seek 1–2 years F&B experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Competitive market salary, Sundays off, staff meals, and medical coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative with ownership mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilités

• Achieve high standards of service, performance, and professionalism.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and handle feedback promptly.
• Monitor reservations, seating, turnover, and workflow for smooth journeys.
• Comply with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, ambience, and readiness.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily operational reporting.
• Build guest relationships and boost loyalty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
