O.D.D Ramen & Diner in Singapore is seeking a Commis/Demi-Chef to support daily kitchen operations in a vibrant Japanese-Fusion concept. You will work under the Sous Chef and Head Chef, preparing and cooking menu items to our standards while upholding safety and hygiene guidelines.

You will also assist with inventory, train junior staff, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment to ensure smooth service.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience as a Commis/Demi-Chef preferred.
• Interest in traditional and modern Japanese & Western techniques.
• Culinary certification or relevant preferred.

Today, we are challenging ourselves to evolve into a multi-concept dining destination that transforms throughout the day — serving ramen by day and Japanese-Western fusion dishes by night.

Our kitchen is led by chefs with experience from a reputable Kaiseki Omakase restaurant, bringing together Japanese culinary techniques with modern and creative Western interpretations.

Job Scope
