UOL Somerset Investments Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to ensure an exceptional guest experience across front desk, lobby and lounge areas.

You will handle reservations, walk-ins, inquiries and complaints with professionalism, while promoting the property’s services and loyalty program. In this role, you will maintain PMS records, coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs, and deliver timely wake-up calls and information.

Responsabilités

• Treat guests with respect, handle reservations or walk-ins with professionalism, including VIPs and long-staying guests.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with in-house guests to ensure a favorable impression.
• Manage incoming calls, address guest needs promptly and deliver wake-up calls as requested.
• Respond to guest inquiries via websites and email promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate quarterly activities for guests and update guest preferences in the PMS system.
• Gain F&B knowledge to support Pacific Lounge operations during breakfast while following safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of Front Office, Lobby, Pacific Lounge and Living Room.
• Collaborate with other departments to share information promptly.
• Perform cashier-related duties and manage front office cash float with accountability.
• Enhance sales skills to upsell and offer pricing options to guests.
• Stay informed about hotel policies, products, services, promotions and hours of operation.
• Develop working knowledge of the Property Management System (PMS).
• Prepare welcome folders and materials for LSG guests prior to arrival.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, and respond to all guest inquiries.
• Support loyalty programs and guest preferences to improve overall experience.
• Ensure proper authorization for vouchers and financial transactions before submission to Finance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management and comply with workplace safety rules.
