Job summary

PARKROYAL SERVICED RESIDENCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Room Ambassador to ensure the cleanliness and orderly presentation of assigned service apartments, maintaining a positive impression in line with the hotel’s standards.

The role involves cleaning allocated apartments, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and reporting repairs while upholding professionalism and guest service. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean allocated number of apartments according to procedures.
• Change bed linen, vacuum, mop floors and replenish guest supplies.
• Wash bathrooms, glasses, towels and amenities; empty rubbish.
• Maintain cleanliness of living rooms, kitchens and all equipment; report repairs.
