SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a warm, attentive F&B waiter/waitress to deliver personalised service across restaurant, bar, lounge, banquet and in-room dining operations at our Orchard location. You will engage guests, take orders, serve with flair and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-focused attitude and flexibility to work shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, energetic and guest-focused personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Flexible to work shifts and support different operational requirements.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred.
• POS/electronic ordering experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of beverages, wines and cocktails preferred.
• Cash-handling experience is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-groomed, professional and committed to delivering excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide personalised service throughout dining experience.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and promotions.
• Recommend dishes and respond to guest inquiries.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well prepared.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service.
• Handle guest payments and POS transactions.
• Address guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Assist with opening/closing, banquets, events, and in-room dining when required.
• Assist with beverage preparation when needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory control and minimise wastage.
• Participate in training and team development.
