Somerset-based role with a five-day work week, focusing on attentive guest service, accurate order-taking, and seamless restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalised service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages professionally, and responding promptly to guest needs and feedback.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, promotions, and dining concepts to confidently assist guests and enhance their overall experience.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations by maintaining service readiness, processing POS transactions accurately, upholding cleanliness standards, and supporting banquet, event, and in-room dining services when required.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams while adhering to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
