Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited, a leading digital payments provider in Southeast Asia and part of Sea Limited, seeks a strategic analyst to drive growth with a focus on the Mexico market. You will build financial models and conduct deep-dive analyses to support key business decisions.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations to align initiatives, identify opportunities, and own financial/operational analyses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, or analytic roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset.
• FinTech, Payments, Cards, Loans, or Banking experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or other tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives and key projects, focusing on the Mexico market.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of business performance and market trends.
• Build and own financial and operational analyses to support decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities and product/operational improvements.
