• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, growth, product management, analytics, banking/FinTech is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic growth initiatives for Monee card business in Thailand, supporting expansion and product optimization.
• Analyze customer, product, business and market data to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actions.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to benchmark practices and strengthen product positioning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business initiatives across Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Partnerships.
• Track key metrics, diagnose drivers of performance, and propose improvements for customer acquisition and portfolio performance.
• Contribute to other strategic and business management projects as required.
