Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, seeks an Experienced Individual Contributor to drive consumer lending growth. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Design, Marketing, and Support teams to execute the roadmap, ensure a seamless user experience, and improve governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in product management, business development, growth strategy, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Looker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth of the consumer lending portfolio by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and performance data.
• Develop and present growth proposals, collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives.
• Leverage insights on user behavior and lifecycle, including segmentation and lifetime value.
• Partner with analytics to build and use performance tracking tools.
• Contribute to product roadmap and work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Design, Marketing.
• Coordinate with Customer Support and Operations to address customer needs with data-driven solutions.
• Monitor workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest governance improvements.
