Monee in Singapore is seeking a data-driven business analyst to fuel growth in the Mexico market. You will combine financial and operational analyses with market sizing to guide strategic decisions.

You'll dive into performance trends, model unit economics, and identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations will ensure alignment and execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy or other highly analytical roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proven stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with logical reasoning.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and hands-on with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exposure to FinTech, Payments, Cards, Loans, or Banking is a plus; Excel/SQL helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through strategic and operational initiatives for the Mexico market.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and own financial and operational analyses (e.g. business performance, unit economics, market sizing).
• Identify and own growth opportunities and product/operational improvements to drive the business forward.
• Manage relationships with external parties and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations to ensure alignment.
