Job summary

Monee Credit, a leading digital payments provider, seeks a Senior Associate to drive growth for its card business in Southeast Asia, especially Thailand, by aligning GTM, engagement and performance strategies with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze data to identify opportunities, benchmark market practices, and translate insights into actionable plans that improve portfolio performance and customer acquisition."

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, growth, product management, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth initiatives for Monee Card business across GTM, engagement, marketing and performance.
• Analyze customer, product, business and market data to identify growth opportunities and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify trends and strengthen product positioning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Partnerships) to develop and execute initiatives.
• Track key metrics, diagnose performance drivers, and recommend actions to improve acquisition, engagement and retention.
