• Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics applications in marketing and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end growth strategy for strategic accounts, advising senior stakeholders and facilitating executive-level decisions.

• Define AI-powered customer journeys that are personalised, adaptive, and scalable.
