Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an AI-enabled managed services leader to set strategy, roadmaps, and commercialization. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable client value and operational transformation.

You will own offerings, pricing, and value realization while partnering with sales, delivery, and governance teams to scale opportunities and drive outcomes such as productivity gains and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Managed Services or Application Managed Services (AMS) transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Own offering strategy, business cases, roadmap, service catalog, pricing, and value realization.
• Identify and prioritize AI-enabled managed services opportunities across AMS, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, mobile, and enterprise operations.
• Translate client business challenges into AI roadmaps, value propositions, and executive-level business cases.
• Partner with sales, solutioning, delivery, governance, and operations teams to move opportunities from concept to scaled adoption.
• Define and track business outcomes, including productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, service quality improvements, cost optimization, and renewal support.
• Monitor market trends and emerging AI capabilities to enhance offerings and competitive differentiation.
