Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above degree in business, finance, engineering, statistics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in product management, business development, growth strategy in financial services or digital commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle, from initiation to iteration.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of consumer lending portfolio by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and present growth proposals, collaborate with stakeholders to drive implementation and achieve business objectives.
• Leverage insights into user behavior and lifecycle, including analyzing user segmentation and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to build and utilize performance tracking tools.
• Participate in the development and execution of the product roadmap; work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Product, Design, Marketing) to ensure a seamless and compliant user experience.
• Partner with Customer Support and Operations to understand customer needs, identify root causes of issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Monitor operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose recommendations to enhance product governance and operational efficiency.
