Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a product manager to drive consumer lending initiatives in Southeast Asia. You will define product strategy, manage lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has a 3+ year track record in product management, business development, or related roles in consumer lending or fintech, with strong data analytics and stakeholder engagement skills. Singapore-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or related roles within consumer lending or fintech.
• Exposure to secured lending (mortgage, auto loans, or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting or participating in 0-to-1 product launches or new initiative rollouts.
• Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, independently manage priorities, and engage stakeholders.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, credit risk fundamentals, and digital product development.
• Ability to leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitization across the lending value chain, including digital onboarding and operational automation.
• Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives from ideation and projection through implementation, tracking, and post-launch evaluation.
• Define customer value propositions through market research, competitor analysis, and segment-specific positioning.
• Support product strategy and lifecycle management for consumer lending products across both unsecured loans and secured products.
• Work with cross-functional team leads to improve product features, profitability, and market competitiveness.
