Job summary

ACTIVE LIFESTYLE PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Singapore to develop and execute strategies that drive growth across commercial gyms, corporate wellness, and institutions. You will identify opportunities, present suitable fitness equipment solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead through after-sales follow-up.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B sales, a passion for fitness, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Admin, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• B2B sales experience in fitness, wellness, or related industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of commercial and home fitness equipment is a plus.
• Passion for fitness and healthy living.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Understand customer needs and recommend fitness equipment solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
