Responsibilities

• Lead and own product initiatives for ShopeePay App & Growth, building scalable features across user and transaction flows.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and Marketing to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan roadmaps and optimize features using data insights and market benchmarks.
• Monitor performance with business and data teams to identify improvements.
