Job summary

ShopeePay is seeking a proactive Card Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our card platform. You will translate user needs into features, collaborate across engineering, design, data, risk, finance, and ops, and drive business growth through data-driven decisions.

You will shape the product strategy, manage requirements, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a strong focus on the payments ecosystem and compliance. This is a fast-paced fintech role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing fintech or payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-backed decisions; SQL preferred.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management; track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for the card platform.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Finance, and Operations for alignment.
• Use data-driven analysis and A/B testing to inform decisions and optimize features.
• Develop deep card payments domain knowledge to stay competitive and compliant.
