Job summary

Monee, a leading digital payments provider, is hiring for Product Operations (ShopeePay) on a 1-year contract. You will plan and execute UAT and live tests, review API docs, and support partner integrations to ensure smooth payments Go-Live.

Join a fintech team focused on feature testing, incident handling, and daily operations across Southeast Asia. Diploma or higher in IT/engineering with strong communication and multitasking skills is required; API testing like Postman is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT/Engineering/CS with fintech or internet experience preferred.
• Experience in QA testing, product operations, or related areas is welcome.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and detail orientation in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with APIs and API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and execute UAT and Live Testing test cases for features prior to go-live.
• Review API documentation, understand payment UI flows, and assist with integrations.

About the Team

The Business Product Management team drives ShopeePay's mission to expand digital payments across the region. This role supports the team with a focus on feature testing, payment partner integrations, and day-to-day operations.

Job Description

• Plan, write, and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Live Testing test cases for features, ensuring quality and readiness before go-live.
• Review API documentation, understand payment UIUX flows, and support payment partners through integration-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Support day-to-day product operations, including incident management, merchant issue resolution, feature tracking, copywriting updates, and post-maintenance verification testing.

Requirements

• Diploma and above, preferably in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields. Candidates with relevant experience in QA testing, product operations, or related areas, preferably in fintech or internet companies, are welcome to apply.
• Passion for payments, fintech, and digital innovation, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
